1. General Information

Welcome to Maya Beach Experience, managed by Giglio Travel Agency Srl. By using this website, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms & Conditions. Maya Beach Experience strives to provide accurate information about the services offered; however, it does not guarantee the completeness or accuracy of information found on third-party websites.

2. Rates and Services

All prices listed on the website include a 10% VAT. The local city tax, where applicable, must be paid directly at the establishment upon arrival. Rates for different services offered by Maya Beach Experience are specified individually for each service and may vary based on season, availability, and type of reservation. Additional charges may apply for extra services such as additional rooms, extra beds, and other optional services.

Services Offered:

• Beach Club: Access to the beach, loungers, umbrellas, and related services.
• Hotel Maya: Luxury accommodations with breakfast included.
• Hotel Atlantic: Alternative accommodations with specific services.
• Restaurant: Reservation recommended for meals and aperitifs.
• Docking: Mooring of boats, subject to availability and weather conditions.
• Private and Public Events: Organization and participation in exclusive events.
• Ticket Sales: Purchase of tickets for events and special services.

3. Payment and Pre-authorization

• Non-Refundable Rates (“Advanced Purchase Rate – nonrefundable”): Full payment is required at the time of booking. This rate does not allow for changes or cancellations, and the payment is non-refundable under any circumstances.
• Flexible Rates (“Best Flexible Rate”): A valid credit card is required to guarantee the reservation. A pre-authorization for the full amount of the booking will be made up until the scheduled arrival date. Pre-authorization is not an immediate charge but a verification of the card’s validity and available credit. If pre-authorization fails, Maya Beach Experience does not guarantee the availability of the reserved rooms. Any changes to the credit card details must be promptly communicated.

4. Cancellation Policy

• Non-Refundable Rate: No refunds or modifications are allowed.
• Flexible Rate: Free cancellation up to 48 hours before the scheduled arrival.
• Beach Club: Free cancellation up to 24 hours before the reservation.
• Events: Specific policies communicated at the time of booking.
• No-Show: Full reservation amount will be charged.
• Early Departure: No refunds for shortened stays.

In the case of late cancellation or no-show, the total reservation amount will be charged to the credit card provided at the time of booking.

5. Credit Cards

Maya Beach Experience accepts Visa, Mastercard, and American Express. Credit card details are not stored in our booking system or at the establishment. All card information is encrypted and stored by our payment service providers, who have been fully audited according to PCI Level 1 standards, the highest level of security in the payment industry.

6. Check-in and Check-out

• Hotel Atlantic:

  • Check-out: By 11:00 AM.
  • Late Check-out: Available, subject to availability and applicable surcharge.

• Hotel Maya:
  
  • Check-in: Available from 4:00 PM.
  • Check-out: By 12:00 AM.
  • Late Check-out: Available, subject to availability and applicable surcharge.

• Beach Club and Restaurant:
  
  • Beach Club Hours: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM.
  • Restaurant: Advance reservation recommended to ensure seating.
  • Dress Code: Smart casual.
  • Minimum Age for Evening Events: 18 years old.

7. Group Reservations

8. Events

• Mandatory Reservation: Participation in events requires advance booking.
• Cancellation Policies: Specific conditions will be communicated at the time of event booking.
• Right of Admission Reserved: Maya Beach Experience reserves the right to deny entry to those who do not comply with event policies or age requirements.
• Responsibility: Participants are responsible for their behavior and must adhere to safety regulations during events.

9. Docking

• Mandatory Reservation: Advance booking is required for boat mooring.
• Weather Conditions: Mooring is subject to weather conditions. Maya Beach Experience is not responsible for cancellations due to bad weather.
• Boat Responsibility: Boat owners are responsible for the safety and maintenance of their vessels while moored at Maya Beach Experience facilities.

10. Force Majeure

Maya Beach Experience reserves the right to modify or cancel any service in the event of adverse weather conditions or force majeure events. In such cases, Maya Beach Experience will offer appropriate alternatives or refunds based on the nature of the service and applicable cancellation policies.

11. Privacy and Personal Data

The processing of users’ personal data is conducted in accordance with the Privacy Policy published on the Maya Beach Experience website. Collected data is used to manage reservations, contact users, and improve the services offered. For more details, please refer to the Privacy Policy.

12. Limitation of Liability

Maya Beach Experience shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the services provided. This includes, but is not limited to, loss of profits, business interruptions, or loss of information.

Maya Beach Experience reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be published on the website and become effective immediately upon publication. It is the user’s responsibility to periodically review any updates.

14. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms & Conditions are governed by Italian law. For any disputes arising from the interpretation or execution of these Terms & Conditions, the exclusive jurisdiction shall be the Court of Naples.
