As every Sunday, on May 5th, Maya will host another great international guest. A Parisian artist well-known in the world of clubbing and fashion whom we had the pleasure of welcoming behind our decks on August 26th, 2023: Kintarō.

Kintarō began his career as an open format DJ in 2006, already securing gigs in various clubs in major cities like Paris, London, and Shanghai. His sets are characterized by an eclectic mix of genres, always rooted in his deep passion for electronic music, showcasing his undeniable affinity for the genre. Kintarō's journey as a DJ mirrors the dynamic evolution of his musical style. His philosophy, encapsulated in the motto Sometimes I play, reflects a selective approach to performances. Kintarō carefully curates his appearances, reserving his talent for specific events and venues that align with his artistic vision. Kintarō's performances have graced renowned stages like the Haiku parties, Era Festival, and Circoloco, along with the iconic Parisian club Raspoutine. He frequently shares the stage with esteemed artists like Anotr, Keinemusic, Martinez Brothers, Bedouin, Satori, and Jamie Jones. A special mention goes to his collaboration with Djulco, with whom he formed the duo K.I.D.U.L.T.: Djulco, a resident at Raspoutine, and Kintarō share an inseparable bond behind the decks, and their undeniable on-stage synergy create an unparalleled atmosphere, setting them apart in the international electronic music landscape.
